Policy: Rusukh's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy is based on our commitment to protect the health and safety of our employees, community, and the environment. We strive to achieve this by implementing and maintaining an effective HSE management system in accordance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.

Organization: The HSE management system is integrated into Rusukh's comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) and is overseen by a dedicated HSE department. The department is responsible for implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of the HSE management system, as well as providing training and support for all employees.

Risk Assessment: Rusukh conducts regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks in our operations. These assessments are used to develop and implement control measures to reduce the risk of accidents and ensure the safety of our employees and the community.

Emergency Response: Rusukh has an emergency response plan in place to ensure our preparedness to effectively respond to any emergency situation that may arise. The plan includes evacuation procedures, first aid, and emergency communications.

Training: Rusukh provides all employees with the necessary training to perform their duties safely and in accordance with relevant industry regulations and standards. This training includes, but is not limited to, general safety, emergency response, and job-specific training.

Inspection and Audit: Rusukh regularly examines and audits all aspects of our operations to ensure compliance with the HSE policy and relevant regulations and industry standards. The results of these inspection and audit processes are used to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Accident Investigation: Rusukh investigates all accidents to identify the root cause and prevent future incidents.
